For better or worse I upgraded from qmail 1.0.3 to netqmail 1.0.5. After some config playing around, I finally resolved a long standing issue of me not being able to send email with evolution, only squirrelmail. In retrospect though it looks more like it was Evolution 2.6's support of TLS encryption instead of using SSL that may have fixed the problem. Either way, I'm back to being pretty happy with my email setup.
