		<description>what is this mysterious &#039;pvcfgbackup&#039;?  I googled it and it only showed your site and another guys gentoo blog so I&#039;m assuming it&#039;s a gentoo only utility.  I&#039;m on debian (ubuntu server) and can&#039;t really find anything similar in the lvm documentation.  But I went into the /etc/lvm/backup/ and the information that you mentioned (physical drive mapping and then the mapping of the data to PE&#039;s) was already there.  Should I just assume that the info updates on its own?</description>
