Fixing PunkBuster for Quake3 Linux

So I go to log onto a multiplayer Quake3 game. Haven't in ages and single player is getting boring. And 30 seconds in I'm kicked because my Punk Buster isn't up to date. Googleing reveals that you have to run pbweb.x86 from ~/.q3a/pb, however that gave some errors and failed to work. More googleing revealed nothing but unhappy Linux users. However looking at it, PunkBuster gets its updates from the pb website in the form of htm files and converts them to .so files. And I was getting errors like htm-to-dll conversion failed. After some looking at it and thought I realized and fixed the problem. Clearly Punk Buster hasn't been actually testing its software on linux.

~/.q3a/pb $ chmod a+x *.so
~/.q3a/pb $ ./pbweb.x86
~/.q3a/pb $ chmod a+x dll/*

Yes, none of the support libraries for Punk Buster were executable and so weren't loading and so it wasn't able to update properly. Anyway, it worked and I went online and played some quake3.
