I've installed OpenOffice 2 on my laptop for use for school. Abiword is good, but it just wasn't quite enough. But I'd held off on OpenOffice because it was so huge and slow. Anyways, with the new 2.0 series the load time has been greatly improved. I'm much impressed and it feels a lot better. I'm quite happy to be using it now.
