So I spent some time today and tagged a ton of the photos in there. Check out the Tag Cloud at my gallery now. A bunch of old shots of me and friends and a ton of old screenshots too.

Is it weird that half way through stats class I realized my ear rings still weren't in from monday's Aikido class, and so I flipped on my laptop's webcam and used it like a mirror to simplify putting my rings back in? (Because as good as I've gotten at putting them in "blind" it's still faster and easier when i can see)

And then I was pleased at the amazing integration my Gnome desktop has. My webcam app Cheese can export photos trivially to my gallery app F-Spot, which can trivially export photos to my web gallery. A few clicks and done, webcam to internet.

Then I spent a bit of time and found out that Gallery 2 now has the ability to install plugins from the web, and they have a community repository of plugins, and there is a tagging plugin, which I installed, because tags are awesome. So woo. I'm probably going to start using my web gallery more often again, and I'm wondering if it's too late to start the 365 Project. :P

So I've been using my cellphone cam to snap a few shots off every now and again when I'm out. Here are a few choice ones:

Here is a leopard print mouse I found on sale at Staples. I'm really considering buying it :)

It's hard to see in the thumbnail (so click) but that's a sign that hangs over the computer lab at Langara's (my collage) gym. Yes, it says "Microcomputer Lab". I was amused.

If you want to have the foyer of your theater clogged, have not enough staff manning the ticket booths, and then have 6 of your 8 FastLane ticket machines remain broken so that a massive line also develops for the two remaining machines. (Man has SilverCity gone down hill. The lights in the theater got left on for like 10 minutes into the movie as well).

Here is a stack of some of the monitors we removed and replaced this semester now sitting stacked in waiting at ICS. Trust me when I say plenty more have already been further processed and move (re: sold, donated) off site and these are left overs and late comers.

Well, I hope you enjoyed my cell photos for mid December. Having an integrated cell cam is proving to be handy. I still wish I would remember I have it more often. None the less, expect more hopefully amusing photos and blurbs from my life in the future.
